The program is 12 weeks long which is exactly three months. Most of my clients come to me with a goal of losing 10 to 20 pounds. A few of them want to go bigger, around 30 plus pounds.
If you follow the step-by-step instructions I lay out for you in the Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp, you can do really well.
In the first month, only 30 days, you can easily lose over 10 pounds. But you have to take action and follow the steps. It’s rare but some can even lose up to 20 pounds in that first 30 days.
At a minimum, you only have to workout three times a week. That is only about an hour a week or actual workout time. If you want to accelerate your results, you can do a fourth day with one of the bonus workouts I give you, but three days a week is all you need.
You get 8 workouts total and there is a good reason why you don’t get 12 completely different workouts.
When you start exercising, you will tracking your results. If you fully completed the program or if you didn’t. If you didn’t complete it all the way, you will see how far you got and how many reps you did. This is very important for later.
So the first 8 weeks have completely different workouts. In the last 4 weeks you’ll do certain workouts again. You will get to compare how well you did them the second time through compared to the first… and how much stronger you’ve gotten.
It’s a great boost of confidence when you see this.

The workouts take anywhere from 15 minutes being the shortest to about 32 minutes being the longest.
But they are very intense and that is what stimulates your body to burn fat… and quickly too.
So many of my clients overcomplicate what they have to do to lose weight and lose it fast. You really don’t have too.
You may feel like you have to workout all the time, but rest is so important… just follow the steps for the exercise and the nutrition plans and you’ll succeed faster than you ever thought possible.
