Holiday Madness: How To Lose 10 Pounds Before The New Year!

Holiday Weight Loss

There is one month and a just over a week left until the New Year comes. Think about that, in a way it’s crunch time to make sure you hit some goals that you may not have so far. How about that 2011 resolution to get fit… is it going well?

If not, then now is the time to get in gear and lose 10 pounds of fat before 2012 actually comes. And yes, you can do that and it’s not has difficult as you may think.

Here are the steps that will have you starting 2012 with a leaner body rather than a Holiday bloated belly.

Step 1: Commit to Some Simple Changes

The other steps are going to be talking about these changes but it’s so important that you commit to making a change. As a trainer, I find that most women start a plan with a negative frame of mind. Something like this…

“I doubt I can do this and I doubt this will work for me and come to think of it, nothing ever works for my body type… I’m just too different.”

If you’ve said those things to yourself then I am calling you out with a big B.S!

Do whatever you have to to believe that you can lose 10 pounds before the New Year and I bet you probably will.

Okay… enough with the rah rah stuff.

Step 2: Heavily Moderate Your Fulcrum Food or Drink

This is going to be the most vital part of the plan, more than the workouts. You might be wondering what a fulcrum food is… just like a fulcrum that can give you massive leverage to move huge objects, giving up a fulcrum food or dink gives you massive leverage to lose big time weight very rapidly.

Here are some examples of what I am talking about so you can better understand.

For most women, their fulcrum food will actually be a drink. It’s probably wine, beer, diet coke, or some very sugary drink. However it could be that danish you eat every morning or the bagel with cream cheese or even the habit of eating out three to four times a week.

It’s also something you consume daily. Find this fulcrum food or drink and heavily moderate it or give it up. If it’s something like wine or beer which you want to enjoy during the Holiday season, just drink it during the parties… no other time!

This step alone could be responsible for over 10 pounds of weight loss depending on some other factors like how much you eat as portion is always an issue.

Step 3: Plug Into a Proven Workout Plan

This will just be icing on the cake. When most women, including men, lost weight from just diet alone, they tend to lack tone. When I say tone, I mean some muscle definition.

Not only will a proven workout plan like the Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp help you burn fat as rapid levels but it will give you that tone. Those sexy stomach lines and more of a feminine shape.

Here’s all that is required for this to really work…

  • You only need three workouts a week, but if you are going to lose these ten pounds than you can’t miss a single workout.
  • The workouts need to be intense. You have to push yourself harder than you think you can go. Be careful and listen to your body but I know from training tons of women that you are much stronger than you think.
  • Finally it really does help to plug into a system like the Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp. That way you can talk directly to a trainer like Taylor to help. If there is an exercise that is too tough or you just need guidance, she can help you.

Step 4: Measurements

If you are up for the challenge, they today get your copy of the program and grab a measuring tape and take your measurements. Your arms, real waist, hips, and thighs. Record these numbers and then grab your weight too.

Then on New Years eve, wake up and take all of these measurements again. In fact it’s best to take they at the same time of day, mornings tend to be the best when your body has no food or anything like that in it.

What you see, if you stuck to the plan, will make you super happy. Then you can begin the New Year with so much momentum nothing can stop you. That is how you should start a New Year, by finishing off the previous year with a bang!
