These are the questions that I get asked all the time. I hope they help you feel better about giving the Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp a try. I know that if you follow the program, you will see amazing results.

1. Can I do this?

So many women ask me if they can do this. The answer is yes you can!

Not only can you do this, but it will work for you. However, you will have to take action and be consistent. You can’t expect just purchasing a program to work all by itself.

But that is why I have bi-weekly calls that you can be a part of for the rest of time. It’s all about giving you access to me so you can succeed in the training.

2. How much exercise do I have to do?

At a bare minimum, you have to do two days a week, but I highly recommend you do three.

You have to understand that getting the body you want and keeping it healthy and not fat is a lifelong journey. There are no short term results because when you stop, you’re going to put all that fat back on.

That is why I work really hard to help you create a fitness lifestyle because my clients not only go far beyond what they ever thought they could, they keep their results forever!

3. Will I have to give up my favorite foods?

No, you won’t and you don’t want to either.

It’s really important that you reward yourself with your favorite foods at least once a week. But in-between, you have to follow the fit lifestyle plan.

4. What if I can’t do an exercise?

Not a problem. If you can’t do an exercise, I will make sure I update some alternate exercises so you can do them.

However, remember that you need to concentrate on form because I don’t want you getting hurt and I want you to get results as fast as possible.
