Body Weight Exercises: Your Key To Faster Fat Melting Mayhem

Body Weight Exercises

Body weight exercises are not used nearly enough these days. They are under appreciated, but have more than enough power to help shape and sculpt your entire body.

The key is using them in the correct progression along with the right sets and reps. Here is why you should use body weight exercises and why you will love using them as part of your home workout routines.

The Best Beginner Exercises

Most of my clients, even if they have been working out for some time, have terrible form. Form is really important because it helps to protect your body from injury. Plus it makes each exercise more efficient so it produces better results.

The best way to learn form is to use body weight exercises. They drastically build your strength up and it’s how I start out all of my clients. Very rarely do we ever move to weights because of the results we see.

The Versatility Is Insane

When your doing all body weight activities, you can do almost an endless amount of things. It makes working out really fun because you can quickly switch from one exercise to the next and that keeps you going full blast.

What is really cool, my husband and I do what we call fitness adventures. It’s essentially makes a small obstacle course and then we work in body weight exercises through the whole thing. It’s so much fun and it’s hard to do it will weights.

If you get a copy of the Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp, you’ll see how different the workouts are and 95% of all the exercises don’t use any extra weights.

They Are The Ultimate Benchmark

They provide the best benchmark for your strength. Here’s what I’m talking about…

Let’s say you want to get into using more weights, which is a great thing to do. Here are some of the rules that I make my clients follow to see if they are ready.

  • Bench press – you have to be able to do at least 10 pushups perfectly
  • Bicep curls – you have to be able to do 10 chin-ups with full extension
  • Squats – you have to be able to do 30 perfect body weight squats
  • Shoulder press – you have to be able to do 10 pike pushups
  • And there are many more!

If you can’t do the body weight equivalent of these exercises, you have no business using weights. It will just impact your form and hurt you and open you up to injury.

Fast, Intense Workouts

The great thing about body weight exercises is the fact they make workouts that are fast and intense. This works to your benefit in many ways.

For example, in my Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp program, the workouts are to be done only three days a week. That makes it easy for you to fit it into your schedule so you don’t have to disrupt the rest of your life.

Plus the workouts are fast ranging from only 15 minutes long to a maximum of 31 minutes. Again, this makes it easy to ensure you get them in.

Even though they are short, they are very intense and produce amazing results. Try it out and let me know what you think.

You Can Do Them Anywhere

There are many other benefits I can come up with, but I’ll end this here with a great one… you can do them pretty much anywhere. If you want to do them in your home or in the gym, or while you are traveling, you can do it.

They are portable because all you need is the workout and your body. I love this fact because I’ll take my clients and my boot camps to different locations.

This is just a good sample of why body weight exercises are so great. And I really implore you to try my Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp because you will see for yourself how great they can really be… and how much fat you can burn too!
